Brooks played a great team game helping the black knights bounce back in their second game after losing 4-0 in their first game. He had one goal and three assists in their 7-1 win. He played both ends of the ice helping in the defensive zone by blocking shots and winning battles. He was plus 4 in the two games.

Josh had a great weekend, although we played 4 games he got all his points in 2 games on Sunday. Hat trickvs Arrows to keep his team in the game the whole time. Backed it up with 2 goals and 2 assists against rebels to lead his team to victory.

Declan was a force to be reckoned with at the South Bend invitational. He played a 200-foot game and put the puck in the net when we needed it. His play elevated those around him and his leadership contributed heavily to our success.

Position: Defense
Bombalski scored the game winner with 10 seconds remaining in overtime in the first game of a two-game league weekend, a 3-2 overtime win over Team Maryland. He also added an assist. In game two, a 4-4 tie with Team Maryland, Bombalski added three assists.
“Ethan again demonstrated his competency in both ends of the ice,” said coach Dave Kosick, “scoring the game winner in the first game … and then picking up three assists in game two. He has enjoyed an outstanding first third of the season.”
